If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service immediately. We will try to solve the problem as soon as possible by replacing the product or refunding your money.

Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of purchase, provided the products are intact, unused and in their original packaging. Please contact our customer service for return instructions. The exception are products made to special order.

Yes, we specialize in the implementation of dedicated orders. Our many years of presence on the market and good business relations with manufacturers of components for the production of textile products allow us to help in determining the limitations in such production, assistance in the selection of components, and a fair price to create a new product. Our company specializes in zippers, tapes, rubber, strings and buttons.

Order processing time is usually 1 to 3 business days. In the case of larger orders or special-order products, this time may be longer, we try to ship the goods in stock on the same day.

After placing your order, you will receive a tracking number that will allow you to monitor the status of your shipment. You can also log in to your account on our store to check the status of your order, or contact us.

Shipments within Poland are carried out via courier companies DPD, UPS, DHL and Inpost. We also deliver parcels to parcel lockers. The cost of a package up to 31.5 kg is PLN 13 net, for orders over PLN 300 net, the costs are covered by us. For shipments abroad, please contact us to obtain the current price list.
